All our packages aim to be completed and shipped back within 3 business days from receiving your footwear. However, in certain circumstances in which there is extensive staining, paint work or repairs to be made time scales can increase to up to 14 days.

Unfortunately due to our competitive pricing along with the high pricing of shipping/insurance we are only catering to the Liverpool area at this current time.

As a professional and responsible business we believe the interest of our customers come first. This is why all of our orders are hand delivered and only handled by OUR own staff. In the extremely unlikely event your shoes are misplaced we will reimburse you for the amount of the footwear lost (Please ensure you have receipt of purchase for footwear along with any other supporting documents)

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL ONLY REIMBURSE THE RETAIL VALUE OF THE SHOES AND NOT THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE.

At Spotlace we pride ourselves on excellent customer service as well as our results using state of the art equipment, innovative techniques & only the best products.

Most of the time we are able to remove all stains or minimise their appearance significantly. However, all staining is different and has many variables & whilst every effort will be made to eliminate or minimise staining it cannot be guaranteed.
